Charles Weber obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Indiana University in 1975 and graduated from Western State University with the degree of Juris Doctor in 1978. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of California in 1978. 

Charles Weber has continuously practiced law in Orange County, California  for over 35 years, from 1978 to present.  Mr. Weber has been with Keller, Weber & Dobrott, now Keller & Weber since the firm's inception in 1983, and together with Coby N. Keller and James E. Dobrott Jr., they have over 100 years of combined experience in Orange County. 

Charles Weber is a partner and trial lawyer with Keller & Weber with a focus in family law, business, and complex civil litigation matters.  His practice includes:  divorce, premarital and post-marital agreements, child custody/visitation and support, spousal support, restraining orders (DVPA), disposition of real and personal property – inclusive of business valuation through forensic CPA; general business development, organization, i.e. partnership, corporation, LLC, and implementation through related contract documents; and, mediation, arbitration and trial of complex civil litigation matters. 

Charles Weber is experienced in case management, and in resolving issues presented through negotiations with opposing counsel, four-way meeting, mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods. Often, emotions on both sides run high. He realizes the importance of establishing boundaries on reasonable expectations in order to best achieve the desired result.

Charles Weber is  admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California; the California 2nd District Court of Appeals; the California 4th District Court of Appeals; the California Supreme Court; The United States District Court, Southern District; The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; and, the United States Supreme Court. 

Charles Weber is a member of the American Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association - Family Law Section.
