Coby N. Keller has been a partner with Keller, Weber & Dobrott, now Keller & Weber since 1983. Admitted to practice in 1975, Mr. Keller managed the general practice firm of Keller & Weiss until 1981 and operated as a sole practitioner from 1981 to 1982.
He has devoted his practice to representing businesses and individuals for over 45 years.
He is an experienced trial lawyer, obtaining judgments and negotiating settlements in simple and complex litigation for plaintiffs and defendants in suits ranging from construction defect, breach of contract, personal injury, and employment cases.
Outside of the court room, Mr. Keller is a prudent transactional attorney, drafting contracts such as purchase and sale agreements, stock purchase agreements, forming business entities such as corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and joint ventures as well as estate documents like wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced health care directives. Mr. Keller understands what it takes to draft writings to avoid future litigation and stays current with the ever changing legal environment to make sure documents maintain their full force and effect.
Mr. Keller graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, earned his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law in 1975 and is admitted to practice in all of the courts of the State of California as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
